This document sets out all the conditions for using the gt99 platform. Please read these terms carefully before registering on the site — by opening an account, you are considered to have accepted all these terms.

gt99 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions apply to the gt99 website, mobile app, and all related services. They cover account registration, financial transactions, bonus claims, betting rules, and account closure.

gt99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continuing to access the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Our Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these terms.

1 General Terms

In this document, "gt99", "we", and "our" refer to the organisation operating the gt99 platform. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any registered account holder. "Service" refers collectively to the website, mobile app, and all associated services.

This terms and conditions document is prepared in English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence. gt99 considers all members to have read and understood these terms in full.

Important: If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested to refrain from using any services on this site.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account at gt99, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are not permitted to open an account.
  • Only one account may be opened, in your own name and using your own details.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
  • The same person may not operate multiple accounts — this may also apply to family members if they use the same device or network.
  • gt99 may request completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. Failure to submit the required documents on time may result in temporary account suspension.

The mobile number provided at registration must be verified via OTP. gt99 reserves the right to immediately cancel any account registered with false information.

Account Management and Financial Transactions

3 Account Management

Each member's account is strictly personal. Sharing login credentials (username and password) with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Any loss resulting from unauthorised access is the user's own responsibility.

If your password is lost or you notice any suspicious activity, contact the gt99 support team immediately. Live chat and email support are available 24 hours a day.

  • Identity verification may be required to make changes to personal account details.
  • Inactive accounts (with no transactions for an extended period) may be marked as inactive in accordance with our policy.
  • If suspicious activity is detected on an account, gt99 may place the account under investigation without prior notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals at gt99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions via any other method are not accepted.

  • Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile wallet number used for the deposit.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; transactions must be made from a wallet registered in your own name.
  • gt99 reserves the right to verify identity and transactions before approving any withdrawal request.
  • To withdraw any bonus balance, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
  • gt99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction on suspicion of fraud.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonuses and Betting Rules

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gt99's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.
  • A bonus may be claimed once only and is non-transferable.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
  • Bonuses may come with conditions relating to specific games or a minimum deposit — separate terms apply to each individual offer.
  • gt99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet is placed at gt99, it cannot be withdrawn — a confirmed bet is considered final. Slots, live casino, table games, and sports betting may each have their own specific rules.

  • If the outcome of a bet is uncertain due to a technical error, gt99 will make a decision following an investigation.
  • For sports betting, if an event is cancelled the bet will be refunded; if an event is postponed, the applicable policy will be followed.
  • In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the result will be determined according to server records.
  • For multi-bets, if all selections are not correct the entire bet will be lost.

Prohibited Activities and Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt99 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

  • Opening an account using a false identity or a third party's details.
  • Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system (bonus abuse).
  • Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Manipulating game outcomes or assisting with match fixing.
  • Attempting to access another member's details or account without authorisation.
  • Attempting to interfere with or probe the platform's security systems.
  • Using the service for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, gt99 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate any balance without prior warning.

8 Responsible Gaming

  • Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • If needed, members can choose to temporarily close their account for a set period.
  • If signs of problem gambling appear, contact the gt99 support team for assistance.
  • Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21, or assisting them in gaming, is prohibited.

  • Members' data will never be sold to third parties.
  • Personal information will not be disclosed except where required by law or by direction of the authorities.
  • Members may request corrections or updates to their information through the support team.
  • gt99 uses cookies — by continuing to access the site, you are considered to have consented to the cookie policy.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Members may request closure of their account at any time through the support team. However, all pending bets will be settled and bonus conditions reviewed before the account is closed.

gt99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
  • If evidence is found that registration was completed with false information.
  • If identity verification documents are not submitted within the required timeframe.
  • By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the process to return the balance — excluding any pending bonuses — will be initiated.

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

gt99 provides the service on an as-is basis. gt99 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

  • Loss on a bet or game due to an internet disconnection or technical error.
  • Loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account by a third party.
  • Service disruption due to a natural disaster, cyberattack, or any other unavoidable situation.
  • Placing a bet based on a mistaken understanding of a game's RTP or probability.

gt99 always endeavours to maintain service quality; however, in the event of an unintentional error, the maximum compensation will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Dispute Resolution

gt99 takes all member complaints seriously. If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact the gt99 customer support team directly in the first instance. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

  • After a complaint is submitted, gt99 will investigate and communicate its decision within a reasonable time.
  • In disputes regarding betting results, gt99's server logs will be considered as final evidence.
  • In disputes regarding financial transactions, the transaction records will apply.
  • If both parties are not satisfied, the matter may be resolved through independent mediation.
